When migrant sons work abroad, distance from their family and friends creates a barrier, leaving them to navigate through their journey of self-discovery on their own. As a result, some sons struggle to find their ambition and can become directionless.
The appointment of mentorship roles can inspire both mentor and mentee to grow in tandem, shaping them to be more goal-oriented and driven in their jobs. Ment2 is a growth-oriented platform that encourages mentor-mentee bonds within a dorm. Through facilitating migrant workers’ growth journeys from start to finish, Ment2 cultivates a culture of mutual learning, and an environment where ambitions and skills flourish.
