PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In collaboration with Changi Airport Group (CAG), our studio was given the chance to repurpose waste materials generated from the T2E project, giving new life to materials that would otherwise be thrown away.
The iconic Solari Departure Boards of Changi Terminal 2 are held dear in the hearts of many as its visual and sound encapsulates memories of travel. By repurposing its metal casing to create a split-flap photo frame, its function captures the stories of both its user and its material, preserving a state of technological nostalgia.
